Do you find that worrying about your performance drains your energy before you even compete? Do you catch yourself worrying about all the possibilities or things that could go wrong? Many athletes waste time and energy worrying about factors outside of their control: like officials, opponents, conditions, outcomes. My question is, why bother? Why worry about the uncontrollable, taking your efforts away from what you can control - your own preparation and performance!
